Country Pork barbecue

1 3 to 4 pound pork roast
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of vinger
1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1 package of bun's


Place the pork roast in a crock pot. Add the vinger and water. Simmer on low for 5 to 6 hours, until tender. Remove the roast and shread, removing all fat and unwanted material. Place the meat back in the crock pot, after you have washed it. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce on the meat and simmer until warmed through. Place the barbecued meat on your favorite bun's and serve. Feed's 4 to 6 people

  Spicy Mashed Potatoes 10 medium potatoes
1/2 brick of grated pepper jack cheese
16oz of sour cream
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Boil the potatoes until tender rinse with cool water. Mash the potatoes and add the butter,sour cream and the cheese. Mix well. Place the mixture in a cassorle dish and sprinkle with the parmasan cheese. Bake at 325 until they are golden brown.
This will serve about 10 people.

Pa's Lemon Pepper Chicken

5 skinless boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbs butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbs. lemon pepper
2 tsp. garlic

Wash and pat dry the chicken breast. Melt the butter or margarine in the skillet, after the butter is melted slowly add the lemon juice and whip wntil it is all incorparated. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture add the lemon pepper and the garlic, sprinkle the spices on each chicken breast. Cook thourly and serve hot. Makes 5 serving's
  Baked Lemon Pudding 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp.salt
3 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
+ 1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cup milk
3 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350, Sift togeather sugar, flour baking powder, and salt, in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Seprate the egg's beat until they are stiff, a spoonfull at a time add the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, while continuning to beat the whites, set asides. Without washing the beaters, beat the yolks until they are light yellow. Add the lemon rind, lemon juice,milk and butter. Stir into the flour mixture and beat until smooth. Add the whites and fold gently until no whites show. Bake in a 2 quart baking dish, set in a pan of water, for 45 minutes. Allow to chill for 1 hour before serving.
